DF Fargo Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial projects, and masonry work. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge late fees and may place a lien on your property in accordance with North Dakota law.

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services as outlined in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, ground settling, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow all maintenance guidelines provided and notify us immediately of any issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

DF Fargo Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. You are responsible for securing pets, moving vehicles, and ensuring that all underground utilities are properly marked before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles.

8. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your project, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for labor, materials, and expenses incurred. Changes to the project scope may result in additional costs.

9. Website Use

You may not use our website for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time.

10. Intellectual Property
